By accessing or using Debrief, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Debrief is an AI-powered meeting assistant that records audio and generates summaries. You may only use the App for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have consent from all parties before recording any conversation.
You must create an account to use Debrief. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Debrief offers a free tier and a Pro subscription billed through Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
You retain ownership of all recordings and transcripts. By using Debrief, you grant us a limited license to process your audio solely to generate transcriptions and summaries.
Summaries and action items are AI-generated and may not be perfectly accurate. Review all content before relying on it for important decisions.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You may not record conversations without consent, violate any laws, or attempt to reverse engineer the App.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
The App is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paul Abbatiello shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
